We had a wonderful stay at this place. The hotel is located in a serene and untouched forest, providing a tranquil environment away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were extremely attentive and welcoming, offering us a refreshing welcome drink upon our arrival. The amenities and services provided were top-notch, from the comfortable seating areas to the well-maintained swimming pool. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with large windows that allowed plenty of natural light. The hotel also offered various activities, including bird watching and tours to nearby attractions. we were thoroughly impressed with the level of comfort and quality service offered here.

Despite the negative points, there were a few good things about staying here during New Year's. the food was quite tasty and there were several options to choose from. the location was close to the beach and had beautiful views of the surrounding area. they had a gym with proper equipment, which was good for keeping up with my exercise routine. the noise was unbearable, as construction work continued throughout the holiday period. This was extremely frustrating as I was hoping for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. the service was disappointing; the staff was unprofessional and not very helpful in addressing complaints. Finally, the rooms were small and uncomfortable, not at all what you would expect from a hotel that supposedly offers luxury accommodation.

The staff was courteous, friendly, and very helpful. They provided us with excellent transportation, which made exploring this city convenient. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and the hotel offered many amenities.

Surrounded by Palmyrah trees in a serene location on an island, this hotel is located close to a beach that is 6 km away, providing a great opportunity to soak up some sun. the large garden offers a wonderful chance to spot wildlife in their natural habitat. Rooms are spacious with bathrooms that are airy and provide wonderful natural light. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with a great choice of dishes to suit all palates. the staff is helpful and friendly and happy to help with any requests.

The hotel has limited vegetarian options on its set menu, which could be improved.

Had a great city break with my partner at this hotel. Loved the welcome drinks and the spacious room with a safe and a large mirror. We enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony in the evening surrounded by nature and listening to the sounds of the wildlife. The hotel's staff was friendly and always ready to help.

The menu was limited, and we had to choose our meals from a few set menu options. Although the rooms were spacious, they lacked some basic amenities like bathroom slippers and toothbrushes.
